Inspections

Our commercial real estate property managers perform routine inspections. These allow us to document the state of the property on a regular basis. We assess any needs and in turn make recommendations for items that need to be handled. This is one of the many ways we check in on tenants’ needs and build strong relationships with them.

Maintenance

Our knowledge of the building does not stop at knowing the tenants. It is vital that we understand the parts that make up the building (age, systems, location, budget, and maintenance schedule). We also assess the condition of the property on routine visits and take note of current issues and future needs.

After-Hours

We understand that emergencies most often do not cooperate with our schedules. Therefore, we take emergency calls 24/7/365. On-call technicians are trained to troubleshoot the problem. Your property manager will work with you to determine guidelines to follow as we encounter emergency and maintenance requests.

Professionals

It is important to have a good blend of skilled contracted professionals and competitive pricing when performing work at a property. Our commercial team is willing to work with established vendors as dictated by the building owner (as long as they meet our insurance requirements*). We will also help to seek out estimates from multiple vendors as needed to ensure quality work and pricing.
