COR – Income Calculator

Below is a form to help you calculate your household income. The City of Raleigh Affordable Housing portfolio has strict income guidelines. There is also a calculator at the bottom of the page to show you the minimum amount your income must be based on the rent of the property you are interested in.
If your household does not meet these guidelines your application will be denied. Please use this interactive form to determine if you meet the income guidelines.
If you submit an application we require documentation for all listed sources of income.
*NOTE: Meeting the income requirements does not guarantee that your application will be approved. You must also meet the credit and criminal requirements.
